The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Network: Signal Centers, Inc. provides the management, fiscal, and administrative services for eleven (11) Child Care Resource and Referral Centers across the entire State of Tennessee. These eleven (11) centers are collectively referred to as the CCR&R Network. The mission of Signal Centers' CCR&R Network is to provide resources for parents/caregivers, child care professionals, employers, and the community that support quality care and development of children.
